The Lake Congress Hotel Ioannina: A Storyline of Tradition

It is a new five-star hospitality infrastructure with 41 rooms, with indoor and outdoor multi-purpose event spaces in the lakeside location of Limnopoula, in Ioannina Greece.  The aim from the beginning was to translate tradition, folk art and vernacular architecture with modern methodology in the design of luxury hospitality infrastructure, having as a start a building shell with several traditional elements

Parion Opus: Synthesis of Parian Hospitality

The deliverable was to transform an abandoned concrete structure that initially housing a summer residence into a boutique hospitality nested within an authentic Parian neighborhood. Materiality and textural variety unfold using a modernist approach to architecture and design, while a combination of carefully selected semi tropical plants and Mediterranean herbs allow the landscape to add drama and a poetic interplay of light and shadows

Garden City Resort Kalamata: Garden & Nature transforms “a typical polykatoikia”

The building nested in a busy neighborhood in Kalamata, is an adaptive re-use of a former quite typical residential block of flats in order to accommodate 25 luxury suites, which offer different color moods according to emotions and theme associations. Drawing inspiration from garden and nature related concepts and color palettes, the suites encourage guests to book according to the emotions each room theme evokes
